HOW DO I BOOK WITH YOU?

Fill out a contact form as best as you can and I will get back to you as soon as possible. After, I've reviewed everything and we go back and forth on details, decide on date and package, you will go through the booking process. The booking process includes a "Session Contract" and a payment of the non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your date.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SHOOT WITH YOU? 

I strive to be inclusive, comfortable, and energetic. I want your photoshoot to not feel like a chore and for it to be treated like a regular outing. Most shoots are typically 20-60 minutes long and I can assure you, it goes by way quicker than you think it does! If you have children, most of the time the session will be solely focused on making them happy so I lead with poses that will give them the opportunity to stretch their legs and to be kids.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PHOTOS?

My turnaround time is somewhere around 12-24 days at this moment for family, couple, maternity, and milestones. For wedding's my turnaround time is 6-10 weeks. If you're needing your photos sooner, please mention it upon booking to see if it is doable. If I cannot guarantee an earlier turnaround time, you will be referred out to another photographer that I trust.

DO YOU HAVE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE IN THE GALLERY?

The minimum amount of photos I guarantee for packages like the "Bare Basics" are around 15-30 photos. Depending on the package and the type of session, the maximum amount of photos in a normal gallery could be from 50-150 photos. For weddings, I guarantee a gallery of 200-800 images. This also depends on the package and type of wedding.

DO YOU TRAVEL? 

Every once in awhile I will take on an inquiry to go somewhere in the Midwest, for instance, Texas. I am a mother of three so it's harder for me to step away unless I am being fairly compensated. I do not charge a travel fee unless it is over 40 miles away from Salina, Kansas. My travel rate is $0.63/per mile plus accommodations (if they're needed).

HOW DO I PRINT MY PHOTOS? 

When you receive your gallery, there will be a link to Pic-Time where it will display all of your photos plus a personal print release. There will be high-resolution and web-size images in the gallery for you to download to your computer or mobile device. In order to get the best prints, download the high-resolution images (you will most likely have to extract a folder if you do multiple photos or the full gallery), then you can upload it to your favorite printing establishment and get your prints sent straight to your home. One of my favorite printing companies are Mpix and if you are local to Salina, our Walmart does a fantastic job based on what I've seen at client's homes!

CANCELLATION POLICY: What if I have to reschedule or cancel my wedding? 

If you are booking in a month that I know fills up fast, I will ask for two dates to make sure I remain flexible for your session. Your non-refundable retainer fee can be transferred once if it's a cancellation on yours or my side. If you need a second reschedule, I will need another non-refundable retainer fee to reserve two more dates. For weddings, if you have cancelled with 15 days of your booking, I will refund 50% of your retainer fee. It is non-refundable past those 15 days as it is put towards the time spent in the booking process, reserving your date for any sessions you've planned in between the time of booking and the wedding date. If you've booked and were not satisfied with the services provided for your engagement session/bridal boudoir, I will keep 75% of the retainer fee and break the contract. You will then sign a cancellation form. You can read more in the "Wedding Contract" given to you once availability is confirmed.
